Digital Delivery

We sell digital products — official activation keys. The key is delivered to your email instantly and automatically after successful payment.

No refunds for digital goods

Due to the nature of digital products (the key can be used immediately and cannot be “returned”), we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order is completed and the key has been sent.

Free Replacement Policy

You are entitled to a free replacement key if:

• The key is invalid or has already been activated by another user.
• You contact us within 30 days of purchase.
• You provide the order number and proof (screenshot of activation error).

Estimated time: New key within 1–2 hours.

Secure Transactions

Payments are processed securely through PayPal and Shopify Payments. All disputes and chargebacks must be handled directly with your issuer.

Unjustified chargebacks will result in permanent blocking of your account and IP address.
