The license keys we sell are designed to activate various software, including official updates and technical support. We sell virtual goods — only what is necessary for the full operation of the program or OS.

We sell license keys in electronic form. You do not pay for boxes, discs, instructions, or logistics. You only pay for the digital code, i.e., for the product itself. This allows us to set competitive prices for activation keys.

Unfortunately, no. For a legal entity, it is important to have a complete set of documents. We provide the electronic key and an electronic receipt, which is typically sufficient only for private use.

All licenses are validated online on official servers. If activation fails, please send a photo of the error to help@offkeystore.ru. Once an electronic key is issued, a refund is not possible due to the nature of digital goods.
