How to Download & Install Microsoft Office

Follow these steps to get your full Office suite ready for use.

Download official installer
Go to our free Download Software page and choose your version: Microsoft 365, Office 2024, 2021, or 2019 Professional Plus.

Run the installer
Double-click the .exe file and allow changes. The installer will automatically download and install all Word, Excel, and PowerPoint components.

Sign in or Enter Key
When Office opens, sign in with your Microsoft account (for 365) or click "Enter product key instead" to paste your activation key.

Activate License
Open any app (Word/Excel) → File → Account → Change Product Key. Paste your key and click Next for lifetime activation.
